SOME TUBES HAVE "CLINC BASE", SOME MATERIAL IS LOOSE INSIDE THE BASE, ALTHOUGH THE BASE IS SECURELY GLUED, IT MAKES NOISE WHEN YOU SHAKE THE TUBE. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ITS FUNCTIONALITY.
